I was excited. My first time watching a lunar eclipse. I have seen really pretty pictures of the moon during a total eclipse, so was totally looking forward to it. Deary was really smart. We went into one of the classrooms at Bevier Hall and watched from there. Yes, warm and toasty inside, no need to stand out in the cold for hours.

9pm…total eclipse. Ehz, how come the moon is not a deep orange? It looked kinda like murky? Brown? Ermz…don’t really know how to describe, but definitely nothing like those pictures.

It was kinda disappointing, but I’m happy coz I was in deary’s arms. 🙂

Oh well, time to stuff my brain with info on cells and DNA. Biology mid-term tomorrow. 8am class. Crapz, I hate Thursdays.

new layout?

I shall reward myself by working on a new layout after this week’s mid-term exam. I have a few ideas, but nothing too concrete yet.

Oh crapz…I have a paper to write for next week.

I wasn’t alone yesterday…coz…

I was so blur coz I didn’t have enough sleep. Was up till late studying for the quiz and mid-term. Koon Seng came over for lunch and I had to open the main door for him as usual. The minute I opened the door, he “thrust” a bunch of roses in my hands. As I said, I was blur coz I was tired so I was a little shocked.

After class, I had my second little surprise. I called him to check if he had gotten my little surprise. Turns out he was at the Union…and…waiting for me. *melts* Yepz, we had dinner together.

Third little surprise. After dinner, he asked if I had something to complete for class today. Said no. He said he would keep me company for awhile and he actually spent the rest of Valentine’s Day with me. (Gawd, I feel so loved now.) :love:

Not only did he give me flowers, he gave me his time and love. In return, I gave him my heart. Oh well, he stole it in the first place… :heart: 🙂

This is me panicking in the wee hours of the morning coz I have to study for a quiz and a mid-term exam and class starts at 8am and well, I’m not quite done.

What do I do when I’m supposed to be stuffing my brain with history of the Japanese and the works of the cells and proteins, but my brain keeps auto-playing Hikki’s “HEART STATION”? *to brain* LIKE STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT!!! *jumps around*

On a lighter note, happy :love: day! No, I DO NOT have a hot date coz my day is packed full with classes, but I do hope I’m not going to be spending it alone this year. *winks* Then again, what difference does it make if I spend it alone? Heck, I’ve been doing that for years now. Ok, I’ve gotta admit it just sucks when everyone’s got someone to cosy up to and I just have my lonesome self. Hmmmm…maybe not so when I see happy couples and the smiles on their faces. Yupz, cherish your partner. *nods*

I see NewS has reached their second phase of their singing career. The phase where they get more grown up/serious songs. I’ve watched the pv for “太陽のナミダ”. Nothing much to say except that the setting looks good. At least, it doesn’t look like some cheap budget pv. I know this is weird of me not to gush over Massu, but he was all serious in the pv. I think I like smily, bounce around Massu better. The moody feeling seems to suit Shige and Ryo though. Oh, and the dance is a little weird. Maybe I need to watch a the pv a few more times to find it ok. *shrugs*

The ending was kinda hilarious though. P giving a grin, saying thank you in kansai-ben, and doing his trademark cups-over-eyes thing. This is the third time he’s doing that. :laugh:

Talking about P, did you see the recent pictures of P in Anan magazine? OMG…what is the 老头 thinking? I don’t care if he allowed Matsujun to do something similar before. Matsujun is like senpai rank already.  Fans are like much older. But P? OMG…P was butt naked with an equally naked ang moh chick. Fans are so going to clobber the ang moh girl to death if they knew who she is.

Oh yea, I was busy downloading songs and stuff last night. I think The Brilliant Green’s new song “Ash Like Snow” sounds great! The song is used for the anime “Mobile Suit Gundam 00“. There’s something about Tommy – she looks so cute although she’s past 30. She has this childlike feeling around her.

Ok, last video… ºC-ute’s “LALALA 幸せの歌”. I don’t really fancy the new song. I think Tsunku should just stop adding his stupid voice in the songs. Totally spoilt the song. It’s also quite obvious who’s the favourite girl this time – Maimi. Maimai has grown! She’s no longer ちび of the group. 🙂

What started as drips soon became a constant flow of water. From my room, it sounded like we had a mini indoor pond with a fountain. Then, it started leaking at the end nearer my room too. Luckily, the ceiling in my room didn’t leak, but feel so sorry for my neighbours down the hall. They had to tahan a drippy ceiling in their room for the night. Maybe everyone prayed hard enough coz the downpour stopped later in the night.

I’m having a rather snowy Chinese New Year (eve). I told you the weather is crazy. Yesterday, it was a thunderstorm. Today, heavy snow in the early afternoon.

I have a really fugly bruise on my foot now. My foot’s kinda swollen like as if I have water retention. It’s not painful…only at certain parts near the ankle when I press. I can walk almost like normal…I mean normal, but with more care. No sudden turns or whatever.

Ok, hope you guys enjoyed your reunion dinners. I’m trying hard not to think about it coz I will think of all the good food I’m missing. My reunion dinner is dorm food. Blah ah. Hmmm…it’s 大年初一 back home already, so HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! May you receive lots of ang pows with lots of moolah. 🙂 May you tahan cheesy chinese new year songs wherever you go for a few more days. :laugh:
