I didn’t think I could miss someone I’ve known only for a few months that badly until today. I miss Aunty Hui Chuen~~~ *sobz* She’s gone to Hong Kong to visit her relatives and won’t be back till next Monday.

I was “thrown” into the kitchen again. Great. And James thinks I’m some god. So much for thinking I’m the MVC (MVP = Most Valuable Player, MVC = Most Valuable Crew…hahaha). Ok, so I’m not the MOST valuable crew but I can argue that I’m QUITE valuable given that I can do kitchen stuff other than cashier-ing. Not only can I do rice burgers, I can do some normal burgers as well (what they call setter).

Sure I can do some normal burgers but that does not mean I’ve superb skills. My wrapping is rubbish. I definitely cannot handle both rice burger and setter jobs at the same time. So, James thinks I can. He asked me to do this and that while he supervised a new aunty, disappeared for a smoke-break or took a darn long time at the sink area. He really must think I’m some god. Oh wait, maybe he thinks I’m a camel as well. I didn’t drink anything from the time I started work (11am) till about 2pm. On a normal basis, that would be fine. But not if I’m in the kitchen. It’s so darn hot so you get dehydrated faster. I feel it’s also mentally and physically draining. Hmmm…no wonder Aunty Ngoh can lose so much weight so fast.

I was feeling so upset, silently screaming at the people to stop coming so I can have a break from the madness. At that moment, I wished so hard that Aunty Hui Chuen was there. She taught me how to do the burgers. She gives me a little more confidence when I don’t have it. She can sense whether I was feeling down, giving me a little hug to make me feel better.

It’s at times like these that I feel I want to give up. To quit. But when the aunties are around, they save us from the madness and it isn’t so bad after all. I may seem like I’m biased since I go on and on about Aunty Hui Chuen but really, as long as there’s an super aunty (Aunty Hui Chuen, Aunty Ngoh, Aunty Mui) in the kitchen, it’s good. Thank God for them.

It’s official. Just as I went to sleep last night feeling all happy coz NewS is having spring con, I woke up this afternoon to some horrible news. Kusano’s incident has been blown up and he is now “suspended” as well.

The pictures and article originated from a tabloid magazine (what I call “trashy mag”). In it, Kusano can be seen holding a what-looks-like-a-beer can in a 乾杯 position. I sort of waved it off thinking that whatever’s not officially reported cannot be believed. Then Per messaged me today saying that Kusano has been suspended. I quickly checked Yahoo! Japan news and the forum.

It is said that he has voluntarily gone into self-reflection period. What “voluntarily”?! I think JE must have pushed him into a corner until he had no choice but to say so. The same way I think how Mari decided to leave Morning Musume.

But much as I want to say that Kusano is a poor-thing, I’m also a little angry with him. He should have known better after Uchi’s incident. And LOOK! Uchi still hasn’t rejoined NewS. He should have been more careful especially since it considers underage drinking. And after Uchi’s incident, he should have known that they are all closely watched.

I also believe that he might have been celebrating his acceptance into Hosei University. So freakin’ suay…

Hope his school life will not be affected since he just got accepted into university. That the incident will soon pass and he will come back to NewS again. Hopefully Uchi’s suspension will be lifted soon too.

Anyway, that means his photos and goods will be taken down in the Johnny’s shop. Great.

Just found out from Per’s blog, it’s confirmed that NewS will be having a spring concert. But they just had their new year concert! I so (x100) wanna go!!! *wails*

Haha…P is going to celebrate his birthday in Hokkaido. At least I know where Massu is going to be on my birthday. HAHAHA…

I demand that they have a nicer backing for their uchiwas for the concert…

Happy Chinese New Year to all my blog readers! The time to eat and get fat on all the goodies. I’m getting quite sick of eating after 3 days of full lunches/dinners. I bet we have tossed enough 鱼生 to ensure this year’s prosperity. Yea, I NEED MORE MONEY!!! But we all do.

Meeting all my relatives can be quite a happy yet tiring thing to do. I envy friends who are so close to their cousins. Sad to say, Sis and I are not close to our cousins. Mostly coz we don’t want to. There are the ones who simply lack manners. You don’t go to someone’s house and enter their rooms or touch their things without permission. Worse, use your dirty/oily fingers to touch things without permission.

Anyway, this CNY has proved to be a “painful” (literally) one. For the first time, I had mense cramps which refused to go away until today. What luck to get the “ribena falls” during this time. Pimples start popping out. To make things worse, I didn’t really have the time to shop for new clothes so I had to make-do with whatever’s in my wardrobe already. One or 2 pieces of clothing was new but the colour was unsuitable to be worn during CNY. So the whole time, I’m just feeling so unglamourous. Bleargh.

Remember I posted a photo of my cute second cousin, Lee Ann quite some time ago. The little lady is now three-and-a-half and still extremely cute. Couldn’t manage to get a nice shot of her coz when Sis asked her to smile for a photo, she just said “No more photos, I’m tired.” CUTE!!!

More comments on the movie. Michelle Yeoh was great. Gong Li was stunning, although her hair was often in a mess and she looked like she was drunk or high on drugs. Even the okasan talks like as if she’s drunk. The child actress who plays little Chiyo is pretty. I bet someone is going to take interest in her once she watches the movie as well.

Fed up of waiting for someone to upload the subbed episode of Gachibaka on clubbox, I decided to use my slower-download-rate alternative.

Can someone think of some way to finish using up my Samsung funclub points? They are going to stop the whole point exchanging thing so I have until 31 Jan to use up all 300+ points. I already did up some wallpapers and downloaded one game. Sis suggested I do more wallpapers of Massu. But I already have 2 wallpapers of Massu! I was thinking of aho Maru or Tacchon. Per, do you have nice pics of Tacchon or super aho pics of Maru?

Watched “Memoirs of a Geisha” with Sis. Nice movie (although I dislike Zhang Ziyi for her diva behaviour). It’s so interesting to get to know about the customs of a geisha. Oh no…they are NOT prostitutes. The movie was more than 2 hours long. Some people got a little bored halfway, some fell asleep I think coz I heard snorts. Then there were the ignorant few who laughed at inappropriate times.

I met Xiuwei and Paul at Ajisen. She got a haircut and now sports a dolly fringe. So cute!

I ought to find some time to shop for new clothes and change the posters on the door (my S.H.E one has already fallen off). Oh yea…and study. Getting all lazy again. Like why haven’t we heard this same ol’ story? People are probably burning midnight oil to study and here I am still stuck at one paper with so many mistakes staring back at me. I’m not satisfied with the results but what can I do but blame myself for being so lazy?

Work was ok. My dear Aunty Hui Chuen was on MC. =( But Ming Shun (老大）let me have his crew meal so I got to eat the kakiage rice burger.

Had to order Massu’s uchiwa for the Countdown concert coz they didn’t have it on hand at the shop. Buying the tour pamphlet is worth it coz I don’t have to spend more money buying the poster. The picture of it is in the pamphlet. And anyway, buying the poster in Japan costs only 800 yen ($12) but ordering from Mise costs almost $40.
